Grant Contracting has teamed with McCarthy to complete masonry construction of St. Louis University's new landmark student residence, Spring Hall.

The new $44 million, eight-story, 153,000 square foot residence hall will house first- and second-year students and will feature single and double suite-style rooms with 450 beds.
